A request for information has been issued for vendors capable of providing an Omnicell and inpatient pharmacy interface solution in Colorado. The required services entail the installation and licensing of integration software, specifically RX Framework, along with comprehensive support for the system.

Vendors are expected to deliver manufacturer upgrades, remote network support, and unlimited 24/7 telephone assistance. All necessary licenses for the software and interface must be included to ensure optimal functionality as designed by the manufacturer. The RX Framework license serves as an interface between the Veterans Health Information System Technology Architecture Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS), Pharmacy Manager (CPM), and Omnicell systems, facilitating automated data exchange using the Health Level Seven (HL7) Messaging Standard.

The initial contract period for this engagement will be one year.
