The Indian Health Service, Blackfeet Service Unit in Browning, Montana, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for implementation and support of OmniCare Software to Insight Management Systems, Inc. The contract will cover a base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with two subsequent option years through April 30, 2029.
