Utah is seeking qualified vendors to support the development of an Olympic and Paralympic Impact and Legacy Plan for the 2034 Winter Games. The objective is to engage the community in a participatory process that gathers resident input, priorities, and ideas, ultimately shaping a comprehensive legacy strategy for the Games.
The agency is interested in understanding vendor capabilities and resources in several areas critical to Olympic and Paralympic legacy planning. These include community-based participatory planning and design, public and digital engagement, event management, multilingual and multicultural outreach, youth and disability engagement, and the integration of Olympic and Paralympic values. Additional focus areas are communications and social media strategy, grant writing, funding strategy development, and data analysis for outcome measurement over time.
Selected vendors will collaborate closely with the agency to design and facilitate engagement activities and contribute to the development of a finalized legacy plan that reflects the community’s aspirations for the 2034 Winter Games.
