Prince Edward Island is seeking a vendor to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly office reservation and booking system. The goal is to support flexible work arrangements within the province's hybrid use facilities by enabling employees to efficiently reserve workspaces, meeting rooms, and shared resources.

Vendors are expected to provide comprehensive information about all licensing requirements and features included in their proposed solution. The system must include robust change management processes, covering non-production and production environments, change assessments, deployment procedures, and contingency planning to mitigate risks.

The selected vendor will be responsible for technical support following system launch, as well as delivering administrator and user training to ensure effective adoption by provincial employees. System documentation, including technical manuals, end user guides, troubleshooting resources, and FAQs, must be supplied in electronic format. The solution must also be tested to ensure compliance with agency requirements and performance standards. The contract period is set for three years.
