(1) Vendor needs to provide office building, management services to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA.– Provide overall building and property management services and oversight for day–to–day operations in an efficient and responsive manner as contained herein. – Provide in–house resources or have necessary service contracts with qualified vendors for the management, operation, maintenance and repair of the building and property. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
