(1) Vendor needs to provide office 365 licensing and migration services.– Migrate its existing on–premises microsoft exchange server 2019 environment to a microsoft office 365 government community cloud (GCC) tenant.– Project includes migrating all user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and related services to the new cloud environment with minimal disruption in addition to procuring Microsoft 365 licensing and third–party email security.– Develop a migration plan and communication strategy.– Create or sync licensed users.– Advanced phishing and impersonation protection.– URL rewriting and malicious–link protection.– Migrate all user and shared mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and groups.– Update DNS for cutover – including CName, Txt, MX Records and Autodiscover.– Decommission or disable exchange services.– Implemented third–party email security solution.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.
