The state of Montana is seeking a vendor to provide Office 365 Enterprise Agreement (EA) services and related licenses. The required services include provisioning and management of various Office 365 and Microsoft security products under the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.

Specific licenses to be supplied are as follows: Defender Office 365 P2 GCC for 250 users, Entra ID P2 Gov for 245 users, Exchange Online Archive GCC for 20 users, Exchange Online P1 GCC for 20 users, M365 Apps Enterprise GCC for 1 user, Office 365 G3 GCC for 245 users, and Teams Audio Conferencing with Dial Out US/CA GCC Add On for 245 users.

Vendors should have experience with large scale Office 365 deployments within the public sector, particularly those involving GCC licensing and security solutions. The successful respondent will ensure compliance and seamless integration of all licenses across Montana's eligible users.
