The contractor will provide Octave video management software to maintain the functionality of the County’s existing cameras and support future expansion as additional technology needs are identified. Services will include supplying new camera licenses as needed, with annual renewal options.
The contractor will install the software on cameras as required, assist the County with system programming, and test and commission the system. The contractor will also provide 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service and customer support.
