The US Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is seeking to renew its software subscription for the OCLC integrated library platform. This renewal includes proprietary OCLC electronic titles, specifically the WorldShare Management System Subscription and EZproxy Hosted services. Due to the proprietary nature of this software, OCLC Inc. is the sole provider for these services.

Interested vendors may submit capability statements providing detailed information about their ability to fulfill the requirements, as well as a record of past experience and references for similar work. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if a competitive procurement process is warranted, at the sole discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not considered; all responses must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the notice.
