An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive media services in support of vehicle safety communications. The scope of work includes integrated communications, media planning and buying, marketing, market research, advertising, partnership development, and event planning. The goal is to develop and implement strategic communications and marketing plans aimed at reducing vehicle crashes and associated injuries and fatalities among both English and Spanish-speaking populations.
Responsibilities encompass conducting market research, utilizing traditional, digital, radio, and social media platforms, and creating targeted communication strategies. The vendor will be expected to develop consumer education collateral, manage paid media buys, and produce materials such as digital content, infographics, social media messaging, videos, and advertisements. In addition, the selected partner will provide photography and video production services, oversee photo and video shoots, and manage event logistics to support the effectiveness of vehicle safety campaigns and programs.
