The government authority located in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide a nutrition serving service. The service requires the provision and installation of food service equipment, including a Low Temp Industries (SPC–HTS–MF–60–MOD) Two Tier Hot Food Counter or an equivalent product. The specified counter must have a top measuring 60-3/8” x 46” x 32” high, fabricated from 14-gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish and #7 Hi-Lite finished edges. The design should feature seamless molded fiberglass construction, offering flame retardant properties per ASTM E–162 standards with a flame spread rating of 25 or less.

Additional requirements include a 14-gauge stainless steel flat hot top area with an insulated heat blanket, an integrated heated display shelf, and a surface temperature control. The food protector must be double-sided, self-service, and two-tiered with tempered glass and equipped with heat lamps featuring LED lights. The top should also include a thermal break separating it from the refrigerated interior and comprise a convertible Hot/Cold/Frozen unit with individually mounted wells for 12” x 20” openings to ensure ease of use and cleaning.

The contract for the nutrition serving service will span one year. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
