(1) Vendor needs to provide nutrition education materials and digital website service.– Vendor to provide the design, development, creation, translation, storage, online ordering, online inventory, and delivery tracking and distribution of agency Education Resources– Obtain the same vendor to create and manage digital content for the website• Specific description– Consult on the design and approval of all materials and website content.– Communicate to the State Office regarding low inventory and deadlines. – Artwork, content design and development of all requested agency materials. – Maintain all materials and “breaking news banner” on website with most current messaging and standards. – Upon request, update the most current proof of materials with new wording/graphics so it is ready for the next printing.– Design and file creation for both print and electronic formats. Provide Proof in a PDF format. – Allow customization of materials according to preferred messages as directed by the authorized agency representative.– Select photos that represent the ages, gender, and diverse participant profile of agency participants; change graphics upon request.– Update content and graphics as needed and/or upon request. Provide photo/image selection, material research, content development, and editing. – Materials must include current and correct agency logo, USDA non–discrimination statement, and agency contact information(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025
