Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive nutrition education materials and digital website services. The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, development, creation, translation, storage, online ordering, inventory management, delivery tracking, and distribution of educational resources for the agency. Additionally, the vendor will manage digital content for the agency’s website, ensuring all content and materials are current, relevant, and meet required standards.

Key responsibilities include consulting on and securing approval for all materials and website content, maintaining communication with the State Office regarding inventory levels and deadlines, and creating artwork and content for all requested agency materials. The vendor will update proofs with new wording and graphics as needed for future printings, and provide design and file creation services in both print and electronic formats, including proofing in PDF format. Customization of materials according to agency direction, as well as selection of photos that represent the diverse participant profile of the agency, are also required. All materials must prominently include the correct agency logo, USDA non-discrimination statement, and agency contact information. Updates to content and graphics should be made as needed or upon request, including photo selection, content development, and editing.
