Nurse Station Cores Renovation Services

A government authority in Orangeburg, New York is seeking a contractor to provide renovation services for nurse station cores across both buildings of an inpatient facility. The work involves selective demolition and new construction on all floors, with updates intended to improve clinical support spaces and staff areas.

The scope includes demolition and reconfiguration of existing medication rooms, offices, break rooms, and nurse stations. New construction will include a combined charting and medication room, a new nurse station, and an updated staff break room for each unit. Additional work includes replacement of selected millwork in exam rooms and staff break rooms, as well as upgrades to general finishes throughout inpatient program spaces, including paint, flooring, corner guards, chair rails, wainscot protection, and rubber wall bases.
