Vendor needs to provide nurse call system software support service. The contractor shall provide four new physical servers and the technical expertise and support in the migration of our existing 'in production' nurse call system from government owned virtual server environment to four new physical servers. The contractor will install and maintain the applicable software on the four physical servers. The contractor shall provide telephone support for the purpose of the customer to report problems and/or issues related to the software.
