Summary:
Ontario seeks a vendor to provide and install a new nurse call system for a long-term care facility, including integration, training, and ongoing support.
Vendor needs to provide nurse call system to the government authority located in Ontario.– Provide a turn–key Nurse Call solution, including discovery and clinical workflow validation, detailed design, supply of all required equipment and materials, installation and commissioning in an occupied environment, training and knowledge transfer for nursing and maintenance staff, documentation and as–builts, warranty, and ongoing support/maintenance under a defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). – Provide a framework for additional services, such as extended support, incremental devices, functional enhancements, or potential deployment. – Replacement of the end–of–life legacy Nurse Call system with a new, hard–wired Nurse Call System (NCS) designed to improve clinical safety, reliability, and reporting in an occupied (Rainycrest Long–Term Care) LTC setting. – The system will replace the current push–button system and is expected to integrate, as appropriate, with life–safety and building systems (e.g., paging, door or wander–resident alarms, bed/chair sensors, and fire alarm interface as permitted by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction). Optional capabilities may include mobile notifications to staff devices.
