The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) requires professional training services for its staff regarding the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) and the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA). The scope includes developing and delivering training sessions, providing testing materials, administering exams, and granting certifications of completion and continuing education credits.
