Vendor needs to provide notification and mass communication delivery system. Solution shall receive student, staff, and other contact data through either API, SFTP or PowerSchool Plugin. Solution shall allow for import, creation, and management of custom lists/groups. Solution shall allow for at least six contact associations with each student. Solution shall support, at a minimum, the following mass communication delivery methods: Email, Voice calling (e.g. “robocalls” to landline, VOIP and mobile/cell phone numbers), Text (SMS) messaging, Mobile Application. Solution shall provide a mobile application for family, staff, and student recipients as an option to receive messages. Solution shall allow staff users of Android and iOS mobile devices to compose messages, select recipients, and schedule delivery for all message types. Solution shall provide the ability to assign permissions based on message type. Solution shall allow system administrators to maintain a “do not call” list of phone numbers. Solution shall provide a delivery summary for a message including the number of contact points where delivery failed for any reason. Solution should allow all user reports to be viewed as a PDF or exported for use in an external tool (e.g. Microsoft Excel). Solution shall allow for both division–wide and school–based message–sending capabilities. Solution shall be user–friendly and provide a guided walk–through to message composition. The contract period will be for one year.
