Langley Air Force Base intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract to Condortech Services, Inc. for a RemoteLock software subscription that supports the dormitory facilities. This brand–name requirement will ensure seamless integration with existing CL4510–BS Smart Lock Tubular Keypad Door Levers, providing an online interface for real-time monitoring and management of all door locks within the dorms.

The contract is planned to begin on 30 January 2026 with a base year and four option years, for an anticipated total value of approximately $400,000. The procurement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. As this is a continuation of services provided by Condortech Services with no known authorized distributors registered for government awards, only RemoteLock software will be accepted.
