The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division – West, San Diego, on behalf of Naval Health Clinic Lemoore (NHCL) intends to award a firm–fixed–price contract on a sole source basis to GE Healthcare Inc, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106–1(b)(1), only one source being available to meet the Government`s needs, to: GE Healthcare Inc 3350 N Ridge Ave Arlington Heights, IL 60004–1412. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; the business size standard is $34 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J065 – Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. The objective of this sole source award is to purchase all labor and materials to provide full preventative maintenance services for twenty–one (21) Government–owned physiologic monitoring equipment and associated equipment services for NHCL. Period of Performance: 1 March 2026 – 28 February 2031 (Base + Four Option Years).
