Vendor needs to provide non–emergency medical transportation software. Provide a medical transportation software platform to allow scheduling and monitoring of the delivery of non–emergency medical transportation services. Platform will support one health system with multiple locations from which transport can originate and multiple insurance payors, including the Medicare and Medicaid products. Platform must include the ability to schedule the following vehicle types: rideshare including Lyft and Uber, medical taxi, medical sedan, wheelchair transport, stretcher transport, and BLS basic life support transport. Platform must integrate with Epic EMR (electronic medical record).
