(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation mobile energy systems. – A key innovation under the program is the mobile energy system (MES), a mobile, energy–resilient platform capable of operating independently of the main grid to ensure the continuity of essential services during emergencies. – Incorporate smart energy management systems, including real–time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and cybersecurity features. – Integrate advanced and innovative technologies that improve reliability, efficiency, safety, communication agility and operational flexibility compared to existing MES models. – Enhance resilience against natural disasters, cyber threats, and power system disruptions. – Utilize sustainable energy sources, with provisions for hybridization (e.g., conventional fuel, emerging but mature energy resources, hydro, solar, battery storage, and backup generation). – Technical specifications, capacity ratings, and performance benchmarks. – Conceptual designs and system architecture for each MES variant. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026.
