(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation content management system. • Comprehensive, secure, and user–friendly Content Management System (CMS) to replace our current platform. • This new CMS will serve as the digital foundation for the entire district and its 22 sites. • Website Visitors (Parents and Community Members): The system must ensure ease–of–use and accessibility on the front end, making it simple for parents and the community to quickly find critical information about their children’s education, district–wide news, calendars, and school specific updates across all devices. • Design and Development: Implement a content management system (CMS) that supports multiple user roles and facilitates easy content updates. • SEO–friendly website architecture and implementation, optimizing for visibility in search engines. • Semi–customizable templates which include the ability to change colors, fronts, logos, and other facets that allows for the district and each school to express their respective brand • Social Media platform (Facebook and Instagram) integration for posting. • The CMS solution is required to be able to send an iCal URL so that our calendar events can display on our parents and community member’s calendar. • Hosting and Security: Ensure the website complies with specific data protection and privacy standards • The CMS must be hosted on a secure platform that adheres to ISO 27001 standards. • Real–time and secure offsite data backups for disaster recovery or website change rollbacks • Multi–factor authentication (MFA) must be available for all administrative and privileged accounts. • Maintenance & Support: Provide a proposal for as–needed maintenance and support services to ensure ongoing performance and security of the website • Migration: The School District prefers that the solution provider migrate. All current / visible content on the website.
