Michigan seeks a vendor for a cloud-based, standards-compliant Next Generation 911 call handling system with multimedia support and robust cybersecurity.

(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation 911 call handling system.– Fully integrated, standards–based Next Generation 9–1–1 (NG911) Call Handling System.– Robust, scalable, IP–based solution that ensures resiliency, interoperability, cybersecurity, and futureproofed functionality– Solution must be capable of operating primarily as a cloud–based system that processes administrative calls, 9–1–1 calls, and radio communications.– Multimedia call processing (voice, text, video, RTT)– Interoperability with CAD (Tyler Enterprise) and radio (Motorola MCC7500)– Reliable system availability and fault tolerance– Remote call–taking and virtual ECC support– Enhanced cybersecurity and system integrity(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
