A California-based organization seeks a sophisticated and experienced vendor to deliver comprehensive newsletter publishing services for a bi-annual publication, distributed in both print and digital formats.

The selected vendor will manage all aspects of newsletter production, including interviewing, writing, editing, proofreading, content creation, and scheduling. Expertise in layout and design using InDesign and Photoshop is required, as well as capabilities in photography and draft coordination. The vendor will also be responsible for preparing materials for mailing, printing approximately 7,300 copies per issue, and providing a proof for review prior to final approval.

Distribution services should include both physical mailing and electronic delivery of a color newsletter in PDF format. The contract term is set for four years. Vendors must clearly explain how their approach and distinguishing capabilities will benefit the organization’s newsletter publishing and distribution needs.
