The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services for the design and implementation of a new website, utilizing a content management system (CMS). This project includes conducting stakeholder meetings to determine site requirements, developing site architecture, and ensuring branding alignment. Key deliverables are a custom, responsive design that complies with accessibility standards and incorporates cultural integration.

The website will be built using a CMS tool that offers role-based permissions, reusable components, revision history, WYSIWYG editing, as well as modules for forms, events/calendar management, search functionality, a media library, and analytics. The platform must allow authorized staff to create pages, tabs, and content with consistent templates, ensuring the site is fully customizable and easily updated. Migration and incorporation of existing website content is required, alongside the capability to display and integrate social media feeds, manage online calendars, host media and video files, and include contact options for each department. Additional integrations include employee email links, Square for donation processing, and Google Analytics for site monitoring.
