(1) Vendor needs to provide new learning management system and student information system enterprise solution. 1. A configured and branded instance of the proposed software. 2. Successful migration of existing BHA course content, user data, and historical records from the current Blackboard LMS and Genius SIS. 3. A fully integrated SIS within the LMS platform, capable of handling student registration, payment processing, academic records, and certification tracking. 4. Comprehensive administrator, instructor, and end–user training programs and materials. 5. Detailed technical and user documentation for the system. 6. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services as defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). (2) All question must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
