Vendor needs to provide new construction financial consultant service to the government authority located in Jefferson, CO. Projects may include new construction financed with 4%, state, and 9% low–income housing tax credits; acquisition and rehabilitation projects financed with 4% low–income housing tax credits; refinancing and repositioning of existing assets; and financial modelling for potential acquisitions. The contract period will be for one year. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
