The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a comprehensive network sniffer solution that includes both hardware and software components. This solution will be used for in-depth analysis of network traffic across state networks, with the objective of enhancing network performance and security.

The desired system must provide real-time analytics with the ability to drill down from an overview of the entire network to specific locations, hops, or individual data packets. Essential features include customizable workflows, visualizations or dashboards, and dynamic network topology maps that update in real time. In addition to providing the required hardware, software, and any necessary firmware, the vendor must also deliver incidental installation services, training for staff, and ongoing maintenance support.

The initial contract period for this project will be one year.
