(1) Vendor needs to provide network sniffer hardware software.– Network sniffer hardware and software solution, with incidental installation services, training and maintenance.– A hardware and software solution that will analyze commonwealth network traffic.– Provide a solution consisting of hardware and software, including any necessary firmware, that will analyze traffic data and meets or exceed the following minimum technical performance requirements.– Ability to drill down from a global network view to specific locations, hops, or individual packets.– Network analytics software with customizable workflows and visualizations or dashboards.– Real–time, dynamic network topology maps and paths.– Network sniffer tool.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
