The government authority in Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end-to-end network configuration, installation, and training services for the deployment of Fortinet network security solutions at a new site. The scope includes configuring and installing Fortinet devices (excluding access point mounting), ensuring a secure and fully integrated network infrastructure, and implementing best-practice security hardening.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the setup of VLANs, routing, firewall policies, VPNs, SD-WAN (if necessary), and security profiles, while integrating Fortinet systems with the agency's Microsoft 365 cloud environment. Collaboration with other service providers managing the Microsoft 365 transition is expected.

Comprehensive hands-on training and upskilling must be provided for the agency's internal IT staff and network administrators to ensure long-term sustainability and in-house operational capability. The project objective is a seamless and optimized roll-out with minimal disruption to agency operations and the delivery of a fully configured, secure network environment.
