The government authority located in Portland, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide natural resources environmental consulting services. The in-water and fisheries work will primarily occur at the Port's marine terminals but may extend to other facilities such as docks, piles, dredging areas, and outfalls. Wetlands, small streams, and buffer category activities will be conducted across all Port facilities, including mitigation sites, airports, industrial lands, and upland portions of marine terminals. Work related to wildlife and habitat will generally focus on uplands associated with airport projects and development, supporting compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
