Vendor needs to provide national solutions financing strategy service. The consultant will design a National Solutions Financing Strategy aligned with principles to strengthen the financing architecture for solutions. Contribute to the drafting of the Development Finance Assessment (DFA) aligned analysis, mapping all financing flows. The consultant will identify and recommend innovative pathways to mobilize and align financing for durable solutions, ensuring coherence with the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) and the National Transformation Plan (NTP). Develop a comprehensive resource mobilization strategy that outlines mechanisms to attract domestic, international, private, and climate financing to support durable solutions and resilience initiatives. Develop a concept and implementation of roadmap outlining governance structures, data security measures, and communication strategies to promote public engagement and ensure the long-term sustainability of the digital platform. The Consultant will be responsible for all personal administrative expenses, including office space, telecommunications, internet, and printing, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.
