NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Johnson Space Center Multiple Award Construction Contract (JMACC). This acquisition will establish a Multiple Award, Firm–Fixed–Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle to support a broad range of construction–related services at JSC and the White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). These efforts are funded under the Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R.1, Public Law No: 119–21), which provided JSC with $300 million specifically for center infrastructure improvements. The JMACC will provide rapid and flexible execution of construction, revitalization, recapitalization, and infrastructure improvement projects. The scope of work under the JMACC includes, but is not limited to: - General construction - Alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities - Maintenance and repair of buildings and infrastructure - Demolition of structures and facilities - Design–build services - New construction of buildings, facilities, and real property.
