(1) Vendor needs to provide music licensing service. • Provide a comprehensive music licensing service include all necessary licenses for various formats and platforms, as well as any associated applications or computer programs required to manage and utilize the licensed music. • Provision of a user–friendly application or computer program to manage and utilize the licensed music. • Compatibility with major operating systems, including Windows and macOS. • Features for searching, organizing, and creating playlists of licensed music. • Ability to download and store music for offline use. • Public Performance License: Covers the public performance of music in various settings such as events, parks, and public spaces. • Digital License: Covers the use of music in digital formats, including streaming and downloads. • Access to a diverse and extensive library of music across various genres and styles.
