Vendor needs to provide music agent and Adhoc entertainment services.– Band and entertainment services for major festivals and standard race fixtures.– The contract may also include the provision of entertainment services for other ad hoc events across various racecourses.– Securing headline acts for Live Series, artist liaison, and delivery of supporting entertainment– Work collaboratively to identity targets for artist booking.– Each event date is to be programmed with a live music artist or band.– Handle artist liaison, logistics including the collection, coordination and advance agreement of artist technical and hospitality requirements, sound check scheduling, promotional obligations and event–day coordination.– Programming and coordination of live music performances, DJs, buskers, and supporting artists– Provision and management of family–friendly entertainment, such as roaming performers, children’s entertainers, face painters and interactive activities.– Ability to provide interactive entertainment attractions designed to encourage audience participation, examples being karaoke–style activations, interactive games, magicians, illusionists and visual artists.– Ability to work collaboratively with racecourse management, sponsors, and vendors.
