A government authority in Dickinson, ND is seeking qualified vendors to provide expansion services for a museum centre. The project encompasses a comprehensive range of construction activities, including surveying, earthwork, and structural excavation, as well as work on site utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and selective demolition.

The scope further includes building and site concrete, asphalt paving, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, rough and finish carpentry, casework, roofing, stucco and EIFS, joint sealants, fire stopping, and damp proofing. Additional requirements involve the installation of doors, frames and hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefronts, glazing, framing, drywall, painting, tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, and specialty work. The expansion will also require fire suppression, as well as mechanical and electrical services.
