A government authority in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide municipality feasibility consultant services. The consultant will conduct and prepare a written feasibility study, along with any necessary supplemental feasibility studies. The scope of work includes the requirements for feasibility and modified feasibility studies, and mandates that the selected vendor give a presentation at a public hearing following the completion of the study.
