(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal services and financial system. – The project includes the evaluation of all vendor proposals, including relevant demonstrations, and the ultimate selection of a software solution and implementation consultant. • Focus on defining and understanding outcomes rather than processes • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within current processes • Give a high–level overview of the municipal software market by size (small, medium, large), including market maturity, standard and optional modules, and typical pricing for available solutions • Provide practical actions to address issues, reduce risks, and prepare for adoption • Advise on key ERP features, technical needs, and integration with existing City systems (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
