The municipality in Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, install, and support a comprehensive municipal finance ERP system. The successful vendor will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and training on the selected platform to ensure seamless integration with municipal operations.

The preferred ERP system must include a range of modules such as Property Taxation, Utility Billing, General Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Budgeting Applications, Cash Receipts, Animal Licensing, Cemetery Administration, Purchase Orders, and a Bank Reconciliation module. The main objectives of this project are to modernize and streamline financial operations, provide real-time access to financial data, improve reporting accuracy and compliance, and enhance overall operational transparency and accountability.

This initiative aims to reduce the municipality's reliance on manual processes and legacy systems, improve support for technical systems and processes, and deliver an intuitive user experience for both staff and residents.
