Ontario seeks a vendor to provide, install, and support a municipal finance ERP system with multiple financial modules.
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal finance ERP system.– Vendors to supply installation, configuration and training on a Municipal Finance ERP System• The preferred system will include at minimum the following modules– Property Taxation– Utility Billing– General Accounts Receivable– Accounts Payable– General Ledger and Budgeting Applications– Cash Receipts– Animal Licensing– Cemetery Administration– Purchase Orders– Bank Reconciliation Module• The core objectives– Modernize and streamline financial operations– Enable real–time access to financial data across departments– Enhance reporting accuracy and compliance– Enhance transparency, accountability, and auditability– Enhance and streamline technical support for systems and processes– Reduce reliance on manual processes and legacy systems– Provide intuitive user experiences for staff and residents(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025
