(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal election voting service provider to the government authority located in ON. – Agency is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to provide an integrated Internet and Telephone Voting System for the 2026 agency and School Board Elections. – The agency requires all applicable Internet and Telephone Hosting, Voter List Coordination and interface/integration with third party provider DataFix, Internet and Telephone Voting Services, Standard Customizations, Hardware Devices if applicable, Project Management, Training, Support, Supplies, Printing of Voter Pins, Voter Instructions/Letter, Mail Coordination, and any applicable postage for an Internet and Telephone Voting System. – Platform must be able to provide telephone and internet voting capabilities. – The system must be intuitive, easy to use and customizable to the agency’s standards, and must include the agency’s logo and any other information deemed necessary by the municipality – The system shall be fully compatible with Datafix software and allow full and live integration with Datafix products until the close of voting. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
