An Ontario government agency is seeking a qualified provider to deliver an integrated Internet and Telephone Voting System for the 2026 municipal and school board elections. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all aspects of the voting solution, including hosting for internet and telephone voting, coordination and integration with the DataFix third-party provider, and management of voter lists.
Scope of services also includes provision of standard system customizations, hardware devices where necessary, project management, training, technical support, supplies, voter PIN printing, the creation and mailing of voter instructions or letters, and any associated postage. The voting system must be user-friendly, customizable to agency standards, and capable of prominently displaying the agency’s logo and required information.
A key requirement is seamless, live compatibility and integration with DataFix products through the entire voting period, ensuring real-time data coordination. The agreement with the selected provider will cover a one-year period for preparation, execution, and support of the 2026 election process.
