(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal court case management system.– New system should be a complete software replacement for agency current Municipal Justice (V9) Case Management System and must include one or more modules to support court operations and case management.– Integrated case records management including full electronic workflow support from filing through disposition; case status tracking; batch actions; and compliance management.– Secure electronic document management with full–text search, statutory retention schedules, and automated destruction of eligible records– Juvenile case handling with confidentiality controls, program tracking, and compliance – Reporting capabilities, including automated state reporting– Public portal with secure online case lookup and self–service options (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025.
