Additionally, the vendor will manage the application process for funding related to tourism projects and events, ensuring a fair and transparent approach. Regular updates and comprehensive annual reports summarizing applications, funding decisions, outcomes, and administrative expenses will be provided to the Municipality. The vendor will also maintain a dedicated program webpage that meets accessibility requirements and contains up-to-date, user-friendly information and forms, while actively promoting the program through multiple outreach channels.
