Vendor needs to provide multiple site landscape maintenance service to the government authority located in Lake Oswego, OR. Landscape maintenance covered under this project include a variety of sites in a variety of working conditions including water reservoirs; city facilities; public rights-of-way in street medians, sides of streets, city entryways, planters located in public rights-of-way. Some of these sites are highly visible locations in the city’s business districts, at entryways to the city, along boulevards, and at city facilities; while others are less visible but no less important to maintain. All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
