The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island is conducting market research to identify qualified parties capable of supporting a Multiple Award Task Order Contract for construction services at Ammunition Plants and Depots operated under the Joint Munitions Command (JMC). This sources sought notice aims to gather information for determining the appropriate procurement strategy, which may include setting aside the requirement for small businesses in whole or in part, or pursuing full and open competition. Multiple awards may be issued under this contract.
