Mountain Home Air Force Base is inviting responses from qualified small businesses for its upcoming Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program. The MACC will encompass a broad range of complex construction services, alterations, and repairs of buildings, structures, and other real property assets at the base. The scope of work may involve design-build projects, including up to 100% design, as well as tasks such as dredging, excavating, painting, and other related construction services.

The contract is anticipated to be a large-scale program, likely exceeding the previous maximum value of $90 million over a five-year period. Small businesses with demonstrated experience and capability in similar projects are encouraged to express their interest. Further solicitation will be limited to small businesses, unless a specific set-aside applies. Interested firms should be prepared to submit descriptive literature showcasing their relevant capabilities, along with their SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier and designated points of contact. The current MACC Statement of Work is provided for informational purposes and may be revised prior to or during the official solicitation process, which is expected around June 2026.
