Provider will be engaged to produce multimedia content for various assignments, including photography, videography, graphic design and motion graphics. Creative direction and production of a range of video/audio material, including script writing and storyboard development, that will be used by on various platforms, including website, social media platforms and television. Professional video coverage of events and activities, as needed. Concept development/creative direction for the production of graphic material such as infographics. Graphic design for publications/reports (design and layout) and other material. Resizing of artwork for social media platforms. Provision of stock images as needed for graphic design purposes. Service provider is responsible for independent handling of all permits and other administrative matters with related bodies and governments for producing video material. Service provider must be familiar with and in all instances adhere to the branding guidelines provided by agency.
