(1) Vendor needs to provide multimedia production services.– Contractors to provide multimedia production services including digital video, internet content, multimedia production, and associated personnel• Services, to include– Develop digital videos and multimedia content designed for online viewing– Create e–learning materials and training courses.– Develop, produce, and distribute audience–centered creative materials– Manage events which include, but is not limited to, talent acquisition, develop event programs, and create event materials.– Provide progress reports for each campaign– Work within the budget that is outlined in each Work Order and manage accurate campaign budget accounting and invoices– Meet interim project milestones and final deadlines– Shall collaborate and mutually agree to create campaign timelines to manage the delivery of campaign products with agency(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 09, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
