Responsibilities encompass the creation of creative, audience-specific campaigns across digital, print, radio, television, and outdoor platforms. The vendor will manage digital and social media outreach, develop strategic media plans, recommend cost-effective media purchases and placements, and oversee the overall management and execution of targeted social media campaigns.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for designing and producing a range of media content, including videos, graphics, radio spots, social media assets, and brochures. The contract term is set for five years, providing the opportunity for a sustained and impactful partnership.
