(1) Vendor needs to provide multifactor authentication implementation, Microsoft GCC migration, Intune and windows hello for business service.– Provide a comprehensive Multifactor Authentication (MFA) implementation using Microsoft government cloud (GCC), Intune, conditional access, single sign–on (SSO), and windows hello for business (WHFB).– Strengthen cybersecurity defences through secure identity protection, MFA, identity governance, and modern access controls.– It also supports understand current cybersecurity posture through enhanced audit logging, centralized monitoring, and security notifications.– The project addresses vulnerabilities identified in recent cybersecurity assessments, strengthens LEIN/CJIS compliance requirements for law enforcement systems, and provides secure, unified access to critical services.– Intune configuration for device management and security.– Implementation of Conditional Access policies.– Configuration of SSO for major City applications.– Integration with CJIS/LEIN–compliant configurations– Configuration of MFA\SSO for all applicable systems:– Office 365 GCC Suite – Windows 11 Desktops(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025.
