(1) Vendor needs to provide multi project renovations service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Provide construction services for multiple renovation projects. – Provide manufacturer warranties, care and maintenance information, and closeout documentation at project completion. – Provide and install a laser–cut vinyl tile school logo at the front entrance lobby. – Removal and disposal of existing flooring and components. – Logo to be approx. 8ft in height and centered in the lobby. – Work surface preparation, as required by the flooring manufacturer. – Exterior and interior painting. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 19, 2026.
