The government authority in New Hampshire is seeking information from vendors regarding the provision of multi operator jurisdictions sports betting services. Responding entities are asked to share insights about their experiences, organizational structures, financial models, and best practices for operating in markets with multiple licensed mobile and/or retail sports wagering providers.
This request for information covers the regulation and operation of various forms of gaming, including traditional lottery, bingo, Lucky 7, keno, charitable gaming (with games of chance, historic horse racing, and video lottery terminals), mobile and retail sports betting, fantasy sports, simulcast wagering, and advance deposit wagering. The initial contract period will be for one year.
Vendors must submit any questions related to this RFI no later than April 10, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
• Experience operating in regulated sports betting and gaming markets with multiple operators
• Proven track record in mobile and retail sports wagering, as well as charitable and fantasy gaming
• Ability to advise on regulatory and financial models in similar jurisdictions
• Experience working with government or public sector clients
